TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of audio-visual equipment, for classes with students as part of the project entitled “Ogólniak na warsztat - wsparcie kształcenia ogólnego w ZSB nr 1, ZSM oraz XX LO w Poznaniu. 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of audio-visual equipment for classes with students, to one of three educational institutions under the project “Ogólniak na warsztat - wsparcie kształcenia ogólnego w ZSB nr 1, ZSM oraz XX LO w Poznaniu”, co-financed from European Union funds, under European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027. 2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the contract - Description of the subject matter of the contract. 3) The Contracting Authority requires that the delivered equipment be brand new, unused, undamaged, of high quality, and not encumbered with any third-party rights. 4) The delivered equipment must meet the requirements resulting from applicable legal provisions appropriate for the given type of product, in particular with regard to user safety.
