TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for monitoring patients’ vital functions — the Central KTG monitoring set together with the necessary equipment for the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Bochnia, District Hospital named after Blessed Marta Wieckei. The detailed scope of parameters and requirements for the subject of the Contract has been described in the Detailed Price Offer Form — Technical Specification — Appendix 1A to the SWZ — requirements specified pursuant to Article 218(2).
