TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of electronic equipment for the PGL LP units. The subject matter of the contract includes: video conferencing equipment, mobile touch-screen computers, and computer accessories. 2. A description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 3.1 to the SWZ. Estimated quantities of the assortment are specified in Appendix No 2.1 (price form). The quantities of the subject matter of the contract given constitute the maximum quantities of the subject matter of the contract that the Contracting Authority may order and are used for the comparison and evaluation of tenders. The terms for the performance of the contract are set out in Appendix No 10 to the SWZ — the draft contract. 1.
