TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, commissioning, and operator training, with division into tasks (contract with division into 2 parts). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 (two) parts: 1) part no 1: supply of gas boilers; 3. The detailed quantity specification is determined by: 1) Annex No 1A to the SWZ – applies to part no 1; - this annex also constitutes the form for calculating the bid price. 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: 1) for part no 1: a) operating and technical requirements for the purchase of a 200 l gas cooking boiler (Annex No 5 to the SWZ); b) operating and technical requirements for the purchase of a 300 l gas cooking boiler (Annex No 6 to the SWZ); 5. An integral part of the description of the subject of the contract are: 1) the bid price calculation form – Annex No 1A to the SWZ for part no 1, 2) the draft contract provisions – Annex No 4 to the SWZ (applies to each part of the contract). 6.
