TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of an ultrasound (USG) machine, covered by Part 1 — a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been provided in Appendix No. 8.1 to the SWZ — the assortment-and-price form — and in Appendix No. 9.1 to the SWZ — the form of required parameters, on the terms specified in the draft contractual provisions constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
