TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of an ultrasound (USG) apparatus covered by Part No 1; the detailed description of the subject of the contract has been provided in Annex No 8.1 to the SWZ—an assortment and price form—and in Annex No 9.1 to the SWZ—the form of required parameters, in accordance with the rules set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No 10 to the SWZ.
