TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and apparatus: part No. 1 - mobile anaesthesia workstation. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as the Description of the required technical parameters or “OWPT”, which forms an integral part thereof. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the Contractor’s cost, risk and by the Contractor’s transport. 4. The terms for carrying out the subject of the Contract are also included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting an Annex to the SWZ. 1.
