TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware and software under the project “Cybersecure Waterworks” under Investment C3.1.1 “Cybersecurity - CyberPL” - Cybersecure Waterworks, financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and Increasing Resilience. As part of the contract, the Contractor’s obligations include the delivery together with the implementation of the software and devices specified in the attachment – Description of the subject matter of the contract, implementation. In addition, the Contractor’s scope of obligations includes conducting a series of cybersecurity training sessions for the Contracting Authority. The training sessions should be based on the software and devices delivered as part of the subject matter of the contract. The detailed scope of the training sessions has been specified in the annex to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract contains requirements regarding the scope of the subject matter of the contract. The document constitutes an annex to the SWZ.
