TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of: Part 1: IT terminal room. 2. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial tenders. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all separated parts of the contract (Parts 1 to 4). The Contracting Authority does not limit the maximum number of parts that may be awarded to the same Contractor. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ - assortment-and-price form. 4. The subject matter of the contract shall be factory-new, complete (having all accessories, hoses, cables necessary for its use), ready for use, free from technical and quality defects and meet the requirements of applicable standards and legal provisions. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the subject matter of the contract together with: 1) warranty cards; 2) operating instructions and technical documentation of the offered equipment in the Polish language; 3) documents specifying the rules for providing services by an authorised service in the warranty and post-warranty period. 6.
