1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: „Supply of IT equipment, peripheral devices and office equipment under Agreement No DOI/SK/85112/6220/305/643 for the provision of a targeted grant for co-financing the investment entitled: „Modernisation and outfitting of the Gastroenterology and Internal Diseases Clinic” SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź. 2.
