TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use and reusable equipment for the Healthcare Team in Włoszczowa – Jan Paweł II District Hospital. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the determination of assortment, quantities, and quality requirements included within the scope of the subject matter of the individual parts of the contract, is provided in the “List of single-use and reusable equipment” – a detailed assortment-and-price form constituting Appendix No 1 to this SWZ, grouped into packages from 1 to 133 (the package is not subject to splitting).
