TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of computer equipment for the Municipality of Ustka 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the Contracting Authority, including in particular: 2 laptops with additional monitors. 2. The detailed material scope, technical, functional and warranty requirements are specified by: 1) the Contractor’s offer, 2) the Terms of Reference for the Contract (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia), 3) the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. These documents form an integral part of the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority informs that any indication in other documents concerning the description of the subject matter of the contract of a trademark, patent, proprietary name or other terms within the meaning of Article 99(4) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) does not mean an obligation to use that material or device (indicated by name), and only such indications constitute specifying the Contracting Authority’s quality and technological expectations.
