TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of State Administration Units specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the method of its performance has been set out respectively in the Technical Specification - Annex No 2 to the SWZ, in Annex No 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the framework agreement, and in Annex No 4 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the executive agreement. 3. The Contracting Authority specified the estimated number of the subject matter of the contract only for the purposes of pricing bids submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to develop a ranking of the submitted bids. 4. The framework agreement - in each part - will include the entire assortment listed in the submitted bids, i.e. each Unit during the term of the framework agreement will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. III. TERM FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE EXECUTIVE ORDER 1.
