TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer equipment to the Employer’s premises together with providing a warranty.2. The detailed list of equipment included in the subject matter of the contract for the given Part of the Contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (OPZ), which will be introduced as an annex to the contract for the public procurement for the given part of the contract.3. The delivery will be carried out at the Contractor’s cost and risk, taking into account all costs and charges related to such delivery, on the terms specified in the template of the contract. 1.
