TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of the following computer equipment: 1) server – 2 units. 2) switch – 2 units. 3) array – 2 units. 2. As part of performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the subject of the contract together with the documents required by the SWZ to the Contracting Authority’s registered office, b) install the subject of the contract at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, c) install and run the subject of the contract and confirm the operational readiness of the supplied equipment, d) implement the subject of the contract, e) provide training for the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation and rational use of the supplied equipment, f) deliver, together with the subject of the contract, operating instructions in Polish in electronic and paper form, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the equipment, the rules for providing services by an authorized service provider during the post-warranty period, a list of consumable materials used in the ongoing operation of the subject of the contract, and other documentation required by law, and perform…
