TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand-new FAAS/ETAAS Spectrometer, including bringing-in, mounting, installation and commissioning of the entire set at the Ordering Party’s premises, as well as training the employees in operation of the device. The subject of the contract must be complete; after installation it must be ready for use and must have all certificates, certifications, approvals, declarations of conformity, etc. required by law, and must meet all requirements with regard to safe operation. The equipment being ordered must be tailored to the needs of the Ordering Party and must include the provision of service services during the warranty and statutory liability (guarantee and reponsibility). The offered devices must be brand new, free from defects and currently manufactured on the market; they must be complete, ready to work without the need for additional purchases; they must have the manufacturer’s CE Certificate for the equipment or a declaration of conformity for the above-mentioned equipment.
