TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment for the Municipal Health Centre in Unisław, as part of the project “Support for basic healthcare (POZ)”. Contract Part No 1 – Delivery of an ultrasound device. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ (in the scope of Part No 1 of the contract).
