TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. Lot 1 – VNG set + irrigator – 1 set 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – the Assortment-and-Price Form. 3. Medical products constituting the subject matter of this agreement must comply with the requirements of the current legal status, in particular those introduced by the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended). 4.
