TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. Lot 1 – VNG set + irrigator – 1 set 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Price and assortment form. 3. Medical devices constituting the subject of this agreement must comply with the requirements of the current legal status, in particular those introduced by the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended). 4.
