Part no. 1: 1 Comprehensive ultrasound device 1 pc – ultrasound device with Doppler, cardio and vascular functions, and abdominal cavity examination function1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, carrying in, installation, commissioning—within the scope appropriate for the given device—and handover for use of medical equipment for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Brzyska.2. The purchase is carried out under grant project no. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0001/23 “Support for primary healthcare (POZ)”, for the application of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Brzyska no. 09OW/960/II/2026.3. The material scope of the grant is a closed list. The Contractor may not offer an item that would change the type of item indicated in the project schedule. Equivalent products that meet all the minimum requirements of the SWZ and the OPZ are permitted.4. The equipment must be brand new, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects, intended for professional use and approved for marketing and use in Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.5.
