TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of this contract is the supply of medical equipment for the Urology Ward (WSO) in Kraków. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority with respect to the subject matter of the contract have been specified in: 2.1. Appendix to Annex 1, part 1.2, technical specification to the SWZ. Part 1 – Wheelchair 2.2. Appendix No 4 to the SWZ: Draft contractual provisions. 1.
