TENDER DESCRIPTION
Batch 1 - Purchase of defibrillators, cardioversion – 5 pcs meeting the description and boundary parameters specified in Appendix “Description of the subject matter of the contract” – Annex No 3 to the SWZ (this description should be read together with any changes to the specification content, e.g. as a result of answers provided to questions submitted by Contractors) and in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The conditions for performance of the contract have been set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ.
