Description of the subject matter of the contract1. The subject matter of the contract is: the supply of audio equipment and RTV, divided into 5 (five) parts. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 32342400-6 Sound equipment, 32320000-2 Television and audiovisual equipment.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendices No 1, 1.1. – 1.5. and. 6 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Bid Form, the Assortment and Price Specification, and the Draft provisions of the contract.3. Attention! The Contracting Authority expects “ready-made products”. Ready-made products mean standard products that have already been manufactured, are generally available on the market, and meet the requirements contained in the SWZ, instead of those created to individual order. The Contracting Authority expects a product that is already complete and ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose.4. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids, each of which will be assessed by the Contracting Authority separately, according to the rules described in the SWZ.
