TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of rehabilitation equipment for the purposes of implementing the project “Expanding the availability of robot-assisted functional diagnostics and rehabilitation for children and young adults with cerebral palsy in children and other spastic syndromes in the territory of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship – edition II” - part No 1 - cycle ergometer with electronic load adjustment – cycloergometer. 2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in the Annex to the SWZ, i.e. in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract, which forms an integral part thereof. 3. The conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are also included in the draft contractual provisions, constituting an Annex to the SWZ. 4.
