The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The Contractor will realize the subject of the Agreement within 70 days from the date of concluding the Agreement.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Detailed Schedule Agreement: Within 14 days from the date of concluding the Agreement, the parties will agree on a detailed schedule for the realization of the subject of the Agreement, specifically outlining delivery, installation, and implementation dates for individual infrastructure elements.
• Completion of Subject of Agreement: The completion of the subject of the Agreement is considered when all services covered by the Agreement and the Statement of Work are performed, including delivery of devices, installation, configuration, implementation, and commissioning of all devices, integration with the Customer's infrastructure, performance of required functional, integration, and switchover tests, handover of complete post-completion and switchover documentation, and handover of all licenses, activation keys, certificates, access, and other required documents.
• Guarantee Period Start: The guarantee period for the entire subject of the Agreement begins from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol without reservations.
• License Duration: Licenses are granted for a period of 5 years.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the comprehensive delivery and implementation of server and network equipment to establish a complete server-storage environment, intended to serve as a platform for the Contracting Authority's services, including those being migrated from an existing virtualized environment.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Delivery of Equipment: This encompasses 5 servers, 1 storage array, 2 Type 1 switches, and 2 Type 2 switches.
• Physical Installation: Mounting of servers, storage array, and switches in rack cabinets, along with the provision, marking, and connection of all necessary cabling (power, network, fiber optic, management) and optical inserts.
• Software and Firmware Management: Updating internal software for all delivered components (servers, controllers, network cards, storage array controllers, disks) to manufacturer-recommended versions.
• System Configuration: This includes configuring secure administrative access, time synchronization, network parameters (IP addressing, DNS, gateways), and monitoring of hardware and environmental parameters.
• High-Availability Cluster Implementation: Configuration of a five-server high-availability cluster, including the installation and setup of the system and virtualization platform, cluster nodes, high-availability mechanisms, and virtual machine migration capabilities. This also involves configuring cluster communication and dedicated networks for management, virtual machines, and migrations.
• Ethernet Data Center Switch Implementation: Installation, configuration, and launch of Ethernet Data Center switches, involving physical mounting, power connection, basic system configuration, and setup of various port types and administrative access.
• SAN Fibre Channel Switch Implementation: Installation, configuration, and launch of SAN Fibre Channel switches, covering physical mounting, power connection, optical insert installation, port activation, basic system configuration, and configuration of FC ports for hosts, storage, and inter-switch connections.
• Integration Services: Performing all necessary integration activities to ensure proper cooperation between the new equipment and the existing infrastructure.
• Testing: Execution of functional, integration, and failover tests between primary and backup data centers.
• Documentation: Preparation and submission of post-implementation documentation, which details the configuration, device lists, port mapping, VLANs, IP addressing, logical and physical connections, activated functions, test results, and operational/recovery procedures. The contractor must also provide all licenses, activation keys, access rights, and legal documents for the use of the delivered equipment and software.
