TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The procedure for awarding a public procurement contract is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended) — hereinafter “Act”. 2. The Contracting Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 139(1) of the Act, it will first examine and evaluate bids and then perform the Contractor’s qualification in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure, for the Contractor whose bid was assessed as the highest. 3. The subject of the contract is the supply of server and network equipment together with implementation. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: “SOP”) along with the proposed contract terms for the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract (hereinafter: “Proposed contract terms”), shall constitute Annexes 1 and 2 to the SWZ. 5.
