• Supply and Lease of Equipment: This encompasses various medical devices and systems, such as ablation and diagnostic electrodes, electrophysiological and 3D electroanatomical systems (including their lease), intracardiac ultrasound heads with compatible catheters and connectors, Y-connectors, atrial fibrillation ablation sets, balloon cryoablation equipment with console lease, DDDR dual-chamber pacemakers with MRI-certified electrodes, and passive electrodes for RF ablation.
• Cables and Connectors: A significant part of the deliverables includes various connecting cables for diagnostic and ablative electrodes, cryoablation catheters, pulmonary vein mapping catheters, and electroanatomical systems.
• System Platforms: Provision of a PC system platform with specified technical parameters (processor, RAM, HDD, DVD-RW, monitors) and software capable of DICOM 3.0 data saving.
• Delivery and Logistics: The contractor is responsible for delivering the assortment to the client's premises, using their own transport, at their own cost, including unloading. Delivery terms are specified as 3 working days for standard delivery and 2 working days for the creation of a consignment warehouse.
• Training and Technical Support: A crucial part of the contractor's obligations is to conduct training and provide information regarding modifications and improvements to the supplied equipment.
• Compliance: All aspects of the contract must adhere to Polish norms harmonized with European norms.
• Minimum Order Commitment: The client commits to utilizing a minimum of 20% of the total contract value for direct delivery and not less than 10% for items held in a consignment warehouse.
