TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 brand-new factory-manufactured special fire vehicles of type SRw, intended for specialist water-rescue and diving groups of readiness level B of the State Fire Service. The contract has been divided into 4 parts: Part 1 – delivery of 1 brand-new vehicle of type SRw intended for a specialist water-rescue and diving group of readiness level B at the Augustów Branch of the State Fire Service (KP PSP in Augustów). For each part, the Contractor is obliged to deliver a complete vehicle including the superstructure, equipment and all elements required in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, in a condition that enables it to be used directly for its intended purpose. The vehicles, superstructure and equipment must be brand new and must also meet the technical, functional, quality and legal requirements specified in the procurement documents. The vehicles must have documentation enabling them to be registered as a special fire vehicle, as well as documents, approvals, certificates of admission to use and other documents required in the detailed OPZ and in the provisions of law. 2.
