TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 unit of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle along with equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Brąszewice. 2. The description of the subject of the contract consists of a detailed technical description of the rescue and firefighting vehicle, constituting Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference (SIWZ). The contracting authority has defined the technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract as minimum requirements and allows the delivery to include a rescue and firefighting vehicle with better parameters. 3. The contracting authority requires a minimum 24-month warranty period for the subject of the contract. 4. The vehicle must comply with: a) the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including requirements for priority vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), b) the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life as well as property, and on the principles…
