TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand-new rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Rogoźnik. The subject of the contract will be collected at the Contractor’s seat. Upon handover, the Contracting Authority requires training in the basic operation of the above-mentioned vehicle. The vehicle provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority will have a full fuel tank and other operating fluids topped up. In its offer, the Contractor shall specify: the make of the vehicle, engine capacity, vehicle body number, year of manufacture. 2. The scope and manner of performing the subject of the contract are determined by (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft contract constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). 1.
