TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes the supply of a brand-new medium rescue and fire-fighting vehicle manufactured no earlier than in 2026 for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Dawidy. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish regulations: - road traffic regulations, taking into account requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 “Road Traffic Law” (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2023, item 1047, as amended) together with implementing provisions to the Act. - Regulations of the Ministers: the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and the fire service (Dz.
