Supply of a mid-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system (category 2 – off-road) for the unit of the Volunteer Fire Department (Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna) in Rusów The subject of the contract is the supply of a new (production year 2026) mid-sized firefighting rescue vehicle with 4x4 drive, for the unit of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) in Rusów. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the technical requirements for the vehicle are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ “Technical specification for a factory-new mid-sized rescue and firefighting vehicle with 4x4 drive. The delivered item of the contract must be free from defects, factory-new. The possibility of using equivalent solutions for all elements of the subject of the contract is permitted, which may have been described using standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and Article 101(3) of the Public Procurement Law Act (Pzp).
