TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a medium logistics supply vehicle. 2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ: 3. Place of performance of the contract, end user: - Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszów; 4. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No 1. 5. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject of the contract be brand new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 6. The Contracting Authority allows the subcontracting of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract whose performance it will entrust to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 8. The contract will be performed according to the principles set out in the contract templates, which constitute Appendix No 8 to this SWZ. 9.
