TENDER DESCRIPTION
Delivery of cleaning agents: Part 4 – toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels The subject of the contract. 1. The Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority for remuneration (delivery), on the terms set out in the agreement, cleaning agents – toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels in liquid form, hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract”. 2. The detailed type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No 1 to these terms of reference.
