TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of cleaning agents for the Social Welfare Home “Niezapominajka” in Elbląg for the period from 15 November 2026 to 31 December 2027 The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of cleaning agents, washing agents, cleaning agents, laundry detergents, household articles and — exclusively in the positions clearly indicated — washing-disinfecting preparations or biocidal products for the needs of the Social Welfare Home “Niezapominajka” in Elbląg. The detailed assortment, minimum quality, functional and utility requirements, and the estimated quantities of the products are specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract and the assortment-and-price form, which constitute attachments to the SWZ. Deliveries will be carried out successively on the basis of partial orders, to the Ordering Party’s registered office at 17 Toruńska Street in Elbląg. The Contractor shall ensure transport, bringing in and unloading at its own cost and risk. The performance deadline for an individual partial order is 1, 2 or 3 working days, in accordance with the Contractor’s offer.
