1. Batch No 1 Cleaning and disinfecting agents 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Price Form. 3. The types and producer names provided in the SWZ are for example only and should be treated as non-binding. The parameters of the standard indicated by the Contracting Authority set out the technical, operational, usability, functional and other characteristics significant for the subject of the contract, whereas the specified brand or trade name determines the product class, not a specific producer. The Contractor may offer equivalent products provided that they have technical parameters no worse than those described and provided in the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is responsible for quality and for compliance with the technical and quality requirements described for the subject of the contract. 5.
