TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of disinfectants for the needs of the USK-2 PUM Clinics. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the estimated quantities regarding the products are included in the unit price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as FCJ). 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the following be offered: a) medicinal products in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2001.126.1381, as amended), placed on the market and used within the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations for the tasks: • Task No 3 in items 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17 b) biocidal products approved for placing on the market on the basis of Article 3(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning making available on the market and use of biocidal products for the tasks: • Task No 2 items 1, 2, 12 • Task No 3 items 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 18 c) cosmetic products approved for placing on the market on the basis of Article 2(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on…
