TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of a stationary ultrasound machine with three probes 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a stationary ultrasound machine with three probes, a medical video printer, an EKG module, software, licences and other equipment required by the Contracting Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “Subject of the contract” or the “Device”. 2. The scope of the contract also includes transport, unloading, carrying-in, installation, commissioning and configuration of the Device, verification of its correct operation, configuration of DICOM communication with the PACS, RIS or other medical system indicated by the Contracting Authority, performing the required tests and providing complete documentation. 3. The Contractor shall conduct, at the installation site, free application training for at least 3 persons indicated by the Contracting Authority, for a period of at least 6 clock-hours, covering operation of the Device, the offered imaging modes, probes, measurements, reports, archiving and DICOM communication. 4.
