TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Delivery of demonstration stands as part of the project: “Modernisation of workshop laboratories to meet the needs for obtaining industry qualifications in the modern labour market for agricultural mechanisation”” 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of four demonstration stands for the precision agriculture laboratory at the Complex of Upper-Secondary Schools No 2 Vocational Education and Training Centre named after Tadeusz Kościuszko in Łowicz.2. The subject of the contract must be delivered to the Complex of Upper-Secondary Schools No 2 Vocational Education and Training Centre named after Tadeusz Kościuszko in Łowicz, located in Łowicz at Blich 10 Street, 99-400 Łowicz.3. The Contracting Authority requires, under penalty of rejection of the offer, that the Contractor grants for the subject of the contract a minimum of 24 months’ warranty and a minimum of 24 months’ liability for defects (rękojmia), counting from the date of acceptance.
