TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a 1 m3 research station intended for testing the explosiveness parameters of industrial dusts. 2. The subject of the contract must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the ToR, in particular in Annex No. 1 to the ToR entitled "Description of the subject of the contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "ToC") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the execution of the contract (including conditions concerning the implementation of the subject of the contract, including conditions and methods of delivery and acceptance) are specified in Annex No. 7 to the ToR entitled "Draft contract provisions" (hereinafter also referred to as "DCP"). 3.
