TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a 1 m3 research station intended for testing the explosiveness parameters of industrial dusts. 2. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR), in particular in annex no. 1 to the ToR entitled: "Description of the subject of the contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "DPSC") and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract (including conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, including the conditions and method of delivery and acceptance) are specified in annex no. 7 to the ToR entitled: "Draft contract provisions" (hereinafter also referred to as "DCP"). 3. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a minimum 24-month warranty and liability (the liability period will be equal to the warranty period), counting from the date of acceptance, for the subject of the contract together with the equipment (delivered equipment/supplied accessories).
