TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of heart stimulators and cardioverter-defibrillators together with accessories and appropriate equipment, hereinafter in the SWZ: the Goods or the Device. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the parameters, technical and functional requirements and the quantity, constitutes Appendix No 2 to the SWZ – the Detailed Offer Form – Lot No 1.
