TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of subscriptions for standard platform software products and additional software packages under the licensing programs: Enrollment for Education Solutions, Enterprise Agreement Subscription - Goverment and Enterprise Agreement Subscription – Commercial, or equivalent software, for a period of IV settlement cycles, for the benefit of the Łukasiewicz Research Network entities specified in § 1 of the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter referred to as PPU) - Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract, including the individual licensing programs and the numbers of subscriptions assigned to each of the licensing programs, the type of Software, and the description of equivalence, is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and Annex No 4 to the SWZ – draft contractual provisions (hereinafter referred to as PPU). 1.
