TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the basic contract is the purchase (renewal of the subscriptions currently held by the Contracting Authority in the quantities described in Table No. 2 of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract) of subscriptions for using software of the company Red Hat (based on open source solutions) together with vendor support, in accordance with the current licensing model of the vendor. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, a list of tasks, deadlines, and the terms and conditions for performing the subject matter of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “DCP”), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter: “DS”), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority has appropriately divided the subject matter of the contract into the basic contract and a contract covered by the right of option.
