TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to provide 36 months of service support for NGFW devices owned by the Contracting Authority along with the delivery of licenses and subscriptions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, list of tasks, deadlines, and conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter: "DCP"), which constitute Annex No. 2 to the ToR and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: "DSC"). The DSC is divided into a public part (which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the ToR) and a confidential part (which constitutes Annex No. 1a to the ToR). The public part will be published together with the ToR on the Purchasing Platform, while the confidential part will be provided to Contractors who sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) with the Contracting Authority, the template of which is annexed as Annex No. 13 to the ToR. 1.
