TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to provide 36 months of service support for NGFW devices owned by the Contracting Authority, together with the delivery of licenses and subscriptions. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of tasks, deadlines and the conditions for performing the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: “OPZ”). The OPZ has been divided into a public part (which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and a non-public part (which constitutes Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ). The public part will be published together with the SWZ on the Procurement Platform, whereas the non-public part will be provided to Contractors, who will sign with the Contracting Authority a confidentiality agreement (NDA), the template of which constitutes Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. 1.
