Delivery of a subscription to an office suite and server licenses, case reference: AEZ/S-149/2026 1. The subject matter of this contract is the delivery of a subscription to an office suite (software) together with server licenses, on the terms specified in the Contract Draft, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the ToR (SWZ). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, specifying the type and quantity, has been set out in the Form of required technical conditions, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the ToR (SWZ). 3. Performance of the contract will take place on the terms specified in the Contract Draft, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the ToR (SWZ).
