Supply of fresh meat in 2027 for Catering Kitchens in Kielce at: Kołłątaja 4, Krzyżanowskiej 8, Jagiellońskiej 76, as well as for Nursing Homes (DPS) at: Żeromskiego 4/6 and Tarnowskiej 10. A detailed description of the subject of the contract — Appendix No. 1A—price form. The contract will be performed on the basis of partial orders placed by telephone or by e-mail by an authorized employee of the Contracting Authority with at least one working day of advance notice before the date required for delivery, or in urgent cases after telephone agreement. The quantities provided in Appendix No. 1A constitute estimated demand. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to: - withdraw from purchasing part of the products resulting from lack of demand or reduced demand; - change the quantities of ordered products within the value and assortment specified in the contract, in the event of changes in the Contracting Authority’s needs, - change the assortment in the event of withdrawing the old product and introducing a new product/products, within the offered assortment group of the same or higher quality and parameters, at a price no higher than the price offered in the tender.
