TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of IT systems together with installation and configuration, covering: 1) launching the portal of electronic public services, 2) launching the Public Information Bulletin (Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej), 3) implementation of domain systems and support systems enabling the provision of e-services, 4) implementation of a mobile application. 2. The supply of software included in the subject matter of the contract comprises licences and media with programmes that will enable its lawful and proper installation and functioning for all purchased licences. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 4. All solutions provided under the contract must be brand new and unused prior to the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority’s registered office, with the exception of use necessary to carry out a test of their proper operation.
