The subject of the contract is the supply of a system for comprehensive management and debt collection services for the Municipal Transport Company in Bielsko-Biała sp. z o.o. I) The basic scope of the contract includes: 1. Preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of pre-implementation analysis studies and performance of other supporting works necessary to carry out the project, such as: analytical and design work, documentation. 2. Development and implementation of a system for comprehensive management and debt collection services for the MZK. The delivered system shall provide a complete solution for pursuing civil-law receivables, including a module for amicable, court and enforcement (bailiff/commissioner) debt collection. 3.
